Congratulations to Neil and the team on achieving some amazing results both with the club and the introduction of Recreational Aircraft Australia (RAA) pilot training on the Sunshine Coast Airport. Looks like its time to paint the hangar Neil!

Please support the "reinvigorated" club now and become involved as it moves into the new phases of growth and prosperity. If you haven't been for a fly in a few years, go check out the brand new Tecnam and take a trial flight.

A new beginning for Aviation Sunshine Coast

Thursday 29 April 2010 marked the start of a new beginning for Aviation Sunshine Coast Inc. Instead of the planned Network evening and AGM, a number of members met at the Sunshine Coast Aero Club.

Those organisations represented at the social evening included Chopperline, Avincorp, Coastal Aviation, AGL Rescue Helicopter, Aeromarine Australia, Manta Aviation and Sunshine Aviation with a couple of the committee members of the Aero Club popping in to say G'day.

The evening was very revealing and sociable and gave us in insight of where we as an organisation should be heading in the future. We have decided to make this a monthly event, no minutes no meetings just like minded aviation business members having a chat about the interesting opportunities that we a an organisation should be chasing.

Our focus moving forward is going to be aimed at developing business opportunities that will benefit members of ASCI. If you would like to be involved in an organisation that is looking to the future business opportunities in the Aviation industry on the Sunshine Coast, please let us know.
